The staff were warm and friendly, Basic stuff like room slippers, brush n paste Had to ask. About hot water Did not inform us about the timing was only available till 10am then only evening after 6pm this was ridiculous .

बहुत ही अवल दर्जे की घटिया होटल। मै बिना रुके ही रवाना हो गया । 2 दिन की बुक थी मेने पहले दिन दूसरी होटल ली और पहले दिन अपने ड्राइवर को वहाँ सुलाया। ऊटी में पहले दिन दूसरी होटल की। स्टाफ को भी बोलने की बिल्कुल तमीज नही है के कस्टमर से कैसे बात करें

Main Restaurant was closed. Food not of good quality. Bed sheets had stains. Room lights were dull. Only good thing was that Ms Sarita was trying to help guests

the rooms have window but it could nit be relaly open because just behind near by another building from.where easily some kne could enter. The reason you could not keep the window open, if window is not open night time it ll be hot instaed enjoying cold. if you ask for the room change though it is available they will not do it. i have requested they said no one vacated but just when i was there in reception they were selling 5 rooms for new checkin means they have but they dont want to give comfort to the already checked in guest. Dont order any tea or coffee in room service. they charge high, normal coffee in restaurent is 25 but when comes to room it is 40 which is really high but coffee will be chill before he reach. they ll ask to climb 2 floors nomlift but during booking it shows as avaialble. also no fan facility though mentioned in facility. only good thing is it is easily approchable to city and outskirt, more restaurants nearby. parking is very limited , if you take own car then it is FIFO basis reach hotel before 6pm daily for getting parking

Good food polite and helpful staff good breakfast linen was clean room was comfortable. Manager was helpful good value for money

we booked 2 rooms delux .No one give welcome when we arrived the hotel and did not make ready the room.we were waiting 45 minutes even we arrived there 1 pm.i asked check out 1.45 pm next day by 12hrs , they denied and give terrible to check out 11am .As we booked one deluxe room for. next day, we checked out one room before 11am and continued stay one room and checked out 4pm same day 19 hrs before. every room things like towel water given by every call.extension number not shown in the phone.but room is very clean,breakfast is ultimate.room call service not good .travel desk is bad

The hotel is situated in a prime location. The rooms were clean, basic, and well-maintained. Although parking is limited, it’s still better than most other nearby options. The in-house restaurant is operated by a third party; the food and service were simple but good. What truly stood out was the staff and the excellent service they provided. We were genuinely impressed with the support we received throughout our stay. I would recommend this place primarily because of the outstanding staffs. 1. **Unclean Room & Bedding**: - The bed and bed covers were dirty, with visible stains, clearly unwashed from previous use. - The room was not sanitized before check-in, which is unacceptable, especially post-pandemic. 2. **Missing Amenities (False Promises)**: - The listed amenities for the **Luxury Room** were not provided. - The geyser/water heater was **only available for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening**, making it extremely inconvenient. 3. **Poor Service Recovery**: - While the staff changed the room upon complaint, the basic issue of hygiene was not resolved.

It was a good hygiene hotel to stay at Ooty. All the places are nearby and hospitality was nice.

Very well constructed hotel by the owner but ruined their reputation by the management team. =Room was given to us with no towels, tea bag, broken kettle. We called multiple times to the reception for getting towels,tea bags etc. the breakfast fast menu was just idly, dosa, puri and bread for all the 3 days we stayed .They didn’t provide even jam or juice during the breakfast even though we spent 400 Rs for my 6 year old kid as well. We ate all our meals from the hotel for safety but the entire family was affected with stomach upset. In short this hotel ruined our entire Ooty 訂房網站.
